To view the different scales on your device you simple need to zoom in and out. Each map scale has different features that make up the Adventure map. The Adventure map is not toggelable, we have set the desired zoom levels for each scale. We have been working very closely with the makers of OpenCycleMap to create a customized layer designed for our device and our customer’s needs.
The map data that will be supplied on our Adventure maps are from open sourced map data. More information on what data is supplied on the Satmap Adventure map cards can be found on the maps legend What type of data is provided? This new mapping layer is exclusive to Satmap and designed specifically for our user’s needs featuring main street names, walking and cycling routes, hilltop names, contours, cafes, water points and much more.
